Jacob and Emma,

what an honor it is to know you. You two are more proactively caring than most anyone I know. Every part of the process has been a delight with you.

On the film:

The heartbeat of it all, is the felt experience of the goodness of God. Beauty, joy, steadiness, and gratitude in the presence of your people. You both said this throughout the weekend:

“we hope people know Jesus a little more because of the wedding day.”

The events of the day were a testament to this truth.

I consider the work I do to be a documentation of his goodness in the lives of people- aware or not. Your day was a witness, and now, your film is too. As people watch these moments, for a moment, their eyes will be lifted towards heaven, and He’ll do wonderful things in the hearts of many. What a gift that He wold use your love to draw people to himself.

I am forever grateful to know you both, and hope we cross paths again!
